About Me

I am a sinner saved by grace...a sinner in constant need of my Redeemer. It is my desire that my life be a life of worship to my Redeeming Savior, Jesus Christ. It is my desire that I lay down everything I have to live for Him....

That's how this journey started. I saw a disconnect with how I was living my life and what the life we are called to live according to the Bible. Over and over again, I read in the gospel, to give up our lives and follow him...to walk the narrow road. Only I didn't know what narrow road God was calling me to.

In February of 2009 my parents went on their 3rd trip to Haiti. They came back, only this time when they were talking about their trip, I felt that knot in my stomach, I heard God calling. I decided to schedule a trip to Haiti for the summer of 2009. My life was changed. I switched teaching jobs, so I would have more opportunities to work in Haiti. Only I felt like I was still holding on. I had an open had for God, but was using my thumb to hold some of my comforts. After a lot of prayer and some specific moments, I knew God was calling me to move.
In 2011, my husband and I started dating...after a quick few months, I knew that he was the one God had for me. We were married in 2012.

In August 2013, we were called back to the United States. Even though it isn't easy, we know that this is God's plan for now. Now, we serve our loving Savior, in Minnesota, where there is a different mission field.

In July 2014, I became a mom to Lia Marie. She is beautiful and being a mom has been one of God's greatest gifts to me.

I recently became a BeachBody Coach. If you are interested check it out at http://www.beachbodycoach.com/ashleefrancois

A beautiful story! I found you via The Kinch Life while looking for possible blog designs as I prepare to re-launch my family blog. My husband & I are currently preparing for the mission field in East Africa. I've written a lot about it on my blog, if you're interested in visiting it. :) I'll surely be following your journey!

Blessings!
