TRANSFORM:20 - Rise Up Bootcamp

I have a special place in my heart for Shaun T because Insanity Max 30 was the first program that I completed when I signed up. 4 years ago in January 2015, I started my journey to losing the weight after having my first baby. I woke up early before work and pushed play on our DVD player, some days with my newborn in my arms. I swore at Shaun T, I cried, and I definitely did not think my body was actually going to change. After the first month I took photos and I could see it. I was getting stronger, I was losing the weight but it was in month 2 that Shaun T totally rocked my world and took my fitness to the next level. I lost 20 lbs with Insanity max 30. I have never looked back and I have kept the weigh off for 4 years strong - even went through a second healthy pregnancy!! My mission is to help other people achieve a healthy and fulfilling life and give them the same support community my coach gave me as I was starting out!

SHAUN T’S NEWEST PROGRAM COMING IN 2019

“Conquer your mind…so you can TRANSFORM your life.”
It has been 3 years since we’ve had an entirely new workout program from Shaun T. We got to spend a week with him in SHAUN WEEK but it’s now time to TRANSFORM our bodies and minds in 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 6 weeks!

Rather than repeating exercises, Shaun T is going to be dropping a new workout six days a week for the duration of the 6-week program. That means you’ll scorch fat, flatten your stomach, and lean out without getting bored! Plus, Shaun will be releasing new mindset videos on your rest days to make sure you’re sharpening your focus and visualizing your goals.
There’s no weights needed for this program – you’ll be using just your body weight and a step to transform yourself from the inside out!
Transform :20 is great for Shaun T-lovers, as well as anyone who wants quick workouts, minimal equipment, and built-in motivation!! As always, there will be a modifier so you can fit the workout to your fitness level and abilities.

What is TRANSFORM :20?

Total body workout for both the body and mind. Cardio, Strength, and Core Balance work using a Step riser. It is not step aerobics but rather a nonstop 20-minute workout to burn mad calories (!!!), sculpt your body, and build long lean muscles. If you know Shaun T, you know he takes cardio to a whole new level of burn!

20 minute workouts

6 days per week

6 week program
Modifier in every workout

In real time…you will never see the same workout twice! This is one of my favorite parts of these workouts…okay, I have many favorite parts but this aspect is awesome!

Super simple dialed in nutrition plan to help you not only achieve and sustain your goals!
You have 3 high intensity intervals called “transformers” where you track your reps and each week the goal is to beat your last weeks number. Each week you can see your own progress and improvement.
The program has a modifier and I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has a basic level of fitness and is ready to really improve their strength and cardio endurance.
If you are short on time and need an effective and fast workout this also checks that box. Plus the nutrition plan is simple to follow and you can choose between our portion fix or 2B mindset nutritional programs.

When is it available?
Launches in April 2019 on Beachbody On Demand. BUT, you can get VIP Early Access in January 2019! Fill out this FORM to get info on how you can get 2 Pre Workouts starting December 4th
As a Coach it is my job to be your support system and walk you through the program from start to finish. I will be hosting a launch event and then also a Transform:20 Launch Group where I will be walking a select number of customers through the program in my private group. Each week you will get a Monday mindset video from me plus a daily check in, accountability, guidance through the nutrition plan, and workouts to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Who is TRANSFORM :20 for?
Everyone! Shaun T created this program knowing that there are many people who just don’t have the time to work out…not anymore! As a new father himself, he finds less and less time to get a workout in. This is what motivated him to create a program for EVERYONE. And if you’re thinking that 20 minutes isn’t enough for you…just you wait til your first TRANSFORM :20 workout. I speak from firsthand experience..IT IS MORE THAN ENOUGH! And this is coming from The Machine herself ðŸ™‚
When can I start Transforming?
You can join my TRANSFORM :20 Online fitness challenge January 2019 with VIP Early Access. BUT, you can start transforming your life now. Click HERE to get started on your health and fitness journey now as we wait for TRANSFORM :20.

What equipment do I need?
The Beachbody Step

If you are interested in staying up to date on launch and product details complete the form here and I will be the first to let you know when the program is available for purchase.  Plus I am going to be hosting a Transform: 20 customer experience group and if you want support and accountability make sure to complete the application below to get on the list!!!

{April Goals}

I can hardly believe it's April 1st today. March just flew by, which I'm extremely grateful for. In Minnesota, March always is disappointing to me. I'm always hopeful winter is over, yet it is still cold and we still get snow. BUT APRIL!!! Bring on Spring! Today has a chance for the 70's (we won't talk about next week). We got out the patio furniture and I cleaned in, all ready to go to be outside this afternoon.

I didn't post any March goals, and I felt it. It's like I struggled to accomplish anything (or we could blame it on the gloomy weather). This month, I've set goals!

April Goals
1. A date night with my hubby.
2. Read 1 fiction/1 non-fiction book.
3. Take 1 picture everyday on my good camera (not my iphone).
4. Record 100 of my 1000 gifts
5. Go to the park at least once a week.
6. Help 5 more people reach their health and fitness goals.
7. Blog at least once a week.
8. Send 1 hand written note a week.
9. Listen to 1 sermon podcast a week.

What are your monthly goals?

{2015 Goals}

I haven't done yearly goals in quite sometime. I'm a huge planner and sometimes it controls my life. However, in the past couple of months I have gotten in the habit of Monthly goals and I have liked them...so we are giving yearly goals a try.

1. Grow Closer to God
- Daily Bible Reading: I would like to try to follow the SheReadsTruth Read the Bible in a Year, but I've struggled with those in the past.
- Journaling and using my Journal Bible
- Memorize 1 verse each week.
- 1000 Gifts

2. Growth in Marriage
- Go on Monthly Dates
- Pray together
- Encourage my husband more.

3. Work/Personal Life Balance
- Be more organized
- Take weekends off (wohoo)
- 1 night early each week

4. Health and Fitness
- Workout 5 times a week
- Lose 5 more lbs.
- Find more coaches
- Help others meet their health and fitness goals.
- Run a half marathon or a full marathon (I still haven't decided if I want to commit to the training time of a full).

5. Rise Early in the Morning
- My goal is 5:30, but that seems early, so 6:00??
- Read and workout during that time.

6. Read More
- Try to read 1 book a month.

7. Unplug
- Take one weekend a month to unplug from social media.

2014 was a great year. It had it's challenges and bumps in the road. I've grown a lot and God is using parenthood as a way to sharpen and help me to grow. I'm excited to see what this year will hold.

{25 Days of Christmas} - Day 1 - December Goals

It's always amazing to me how fast each month passes, especially during this time of year. We had a great thanksgiving with my family and then rested the rest of the weekend as our little family of 3.

November Goals
1. Decorate for Christmas - I decorated about the 2nd week of November, I love enjoying our tree and the white twinkle lights.
2. Date Night - This kind of happened. We went with Auddy and Islande to the school musical and mom and dad watched Lia.
3. Go to the cities as a family. - We had a great time seeing friends and did a little shopping.
4. Start Christmas Shopping - Done!! All done!!
5. Eat Clean - I've been having Shakeology about 5 times a week. I've seen great results so far.
6. Have a play date -First playdate at our house a success.
7. Start P90 - 30 days and in and I love it! 30 minutes a day and its not ridiculously hard, but I'm seeing results. (I'll share those soon)

December Goals
1. Blog 25 Days of Christmas - I've tried for the last 2 years and failed. Hoping this year is the year.
2. Complete Advent Studies - I've got 2 this year. I'll share more about those tomorrow.
3. Maintain Weightloss During Holidays - This is a tough one. I love all of the snacky foods that is around during the holidays.
4. Rise Early in the Morning - I just don't seem to get it all done in the evenings. I had this happen to me last year and I decided to get up early and workout, read, etc...since having Lia, I've been sleeping in. Now she is sleeping more on a consistent schedule, so Early mornings it is. They say it takes 30 days to make a habit :)
5. Mail out Christmas cards - We scored 60% on snapfish the other day, so cards are here, just need to mail them out.
6. No Spend December - Since the Christmas presents are bought, I'm committed to not spending any money on ourselves, only necessities.

What are your goals this month?

{November Goals}

It's hard to believe that today is already November 1st. October flew by and the holidays are on their way. Normally today, I would be listening to Christmas Music and decorating for Christmas....however, I didn't have the decorating in me today (it's been a long week)...but have no fear, the Christmas Music is on.

A review from last month....

October Goals

{Blog-tember} Seasons - September Goals

Those of you that have been friends with me for a while know that I love seasons. I love to enjoy what each one has to offer (okay, I struggle with winter). As much as I love summer and hate to see it go, there some equally great things about Fall!! So today, I welcome fall. New home decor is up, the fall scents are in the burners and new fall candles are out, football has started, the mornings are getting cooler, I've been seeing lots of Pinterest outfit pictures of sweaters and boots and back to school pictures have filled my Newsfeed today. I'm excited for what this next season brings.

I love my job and definitely wouldn't trade it for anything, but seeing all of those back to school pictures, makes me miss the first day of school. I miss the excitement, the buzz in the hallways, the smell of new school supplies (I got to buy my hubby school supplies, so that helps), new outfits, and friends reuniting.

Another "season" starts for me next week. This week marks the last week of maternity leave. While, I work at home and for now am not taking her to day care, our time together will change. I will have to learn how to find balance again.

I never done monthly goals before, but felt that with this new change in life, it may be good to set some monthly goals. So....

September Goals

1. Take at least 10 - 15 minutes every day to spend in the word (I know this isn't a lot of time and would love for it to be more).
2. Exercise 30 minutes - 5 days a week.
3. Get ready everyday (I know I work from home, but I think this is important).
4. Go on at least one date night with my hubby without baby girl.
5. Social media free weekends.
6. Read one fiction book and one non-fiction book
7. Blog at least 4 times (I would love to get to a couple of times a week, but we will start small).

And just because...here is a cute picture of little girl...She is getting so big and her smiling more and more....can't wait hear her giggles.
