I wish I could freeze time when I experience moments like this. It's perfect. The mountains, the sunrise, the fog, the stillness...just me, the road, and God. I love this 30 min - 1 hr that I can escape for the day.

I don't always run in the morning, I would like to, but I'm not gonna lie..it's hard to drag myself out of bed at 6. Sometimes, I run in the evening and this is my view.
I'm thankful when God gives me moments like these, during my day...these moments that make me stop and stand in AWE of our awesome Creator and His Creation!
Whether it is morning or night, I'm so thankful I have the opportunity to get out and run. It's not always easy, but I'm always glad I did it.
Take the road less traveled, off the beaten path, run and experience His Creation!

I love running at those times of day for that reason too! It's so spiritual, it's just you and God, and His beautiful creation. It's hard to get up at 6 to run.. but the views are SO worth it. Great pictures!

Runner girl had some great advice...just start out slowly and a little at a time... eventually those endorphin's kick in and you will love to do it :)
